Terms & Conditions

1. This Campaign is organised by Offspring Inc Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”).
2. Campaign is valid from 19 February 2026 to 31 March 2026. Redemption ends on 30 April 2026 or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
3. Each Surprise card entitles the holder to one (1) redemption only, subject to the terms below.
4. Redemption is subject to item availability and applicable minimum spend requirement per redemption (if any).
5. Redemption must be completed via the Organiser’s official webstore by scanning a valid redemption QR code.
6. Redemption items and vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, whether in whole or in part.
7. Vouchers are valid for single use only and must be redeemed within the redemption period. Any unused vouchers after the redemption period will be forfeited without compensation.
8. Prizes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee a prize.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to reject invalid, expired, duplicated or fraudulent redemption QR codes.
10. By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, including for purposes of prize fulfillment and marketing communications.
11. The Organiser shall not be liable for any technical issues, system errors, website downtime, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or redemption.
12. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding, subject always to applicable laws and regulations.
13. By participating in the Campaign, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
14. These Terms & Conditions and the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
