When will I receive my subscription order?
Your order will be delivered once every month, on a recurring basis. Typically your order will be shipped within 2–3 business days after billing. Delivery timing may vary slightly based on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once it ships
What happens if my chosen design is out of stock?
To ensure timely delivery and avoid shipping delays, we reserve the right to substitute out-of-stock designs with similar alternatives without prior notice.
How does billing work for subscriptions?
You’ll be automatically billed each month before your order is shipped. The billing date will usually match your delivery cycle, and you’ll be notified prior to each charge
Can I modify or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can pause, cancel, or change your subscription (e.g., product type, quantity, delivery date) anytime via your account settings — no long-term commitments required.
